Ongoing proactive maintenance for your computer/phone network is crucial to longevity and optimum performance. We usually recommend a Proactive Maintenance Plan. Depending on the size of your company, our recommendations will be in proportion to your need and urgency.
Our maintenance program, as outlined below, is our initial checklist when we implement a proactive approach. During this time, we will go through a 20 step maintenance checklist on the server, as well as resolve any issues or questions that your staff may have.
